Please note: Packaging and shipping can take between 3-5 days and does not include weekends.

The MoreLife Market return policy is within 30 days from purchase and if the product has not been opened, if you are not satisfied and would like a refund for your MoreLife ‘Product’, this is what you need to do:

Contact the MoreLife Market team Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) at [email protected]

Then we will provide you with our return address so you can send ship the unopened product(s) to us. Return the product(s), along with the MoreLife Market order invoice that you received by email, and the confirmation number you have been assigned.

It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the unopened product(s) within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

We will refund you for the unopened products or the entire order, depending on the case, and excluding return shipping costs, as long as all products purchased are returned and unopened. After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.

All matters regarding returns of MoreLife Market Products must be conducted directly with the place you purchased the product (MoreLifemarket.com or any of our authorized resellers, etc).

Returning a MoreLife Market ‘Product’ without complying with our policy, or returning a Product absent the protections (seals, neckband, etc…) afforded by MoreLife Market as the retailer or the protections conferred contractually to participants in the MoreLife Authorized Reseller program will, unfortunately, deem your transaction non-refundable.
