Raja Yoga – Mysteries of the Mind

In brief, this is a study of Raja Yoga based on Patanjali’s Raja Yoga Sutras directly in the words of Swami Jyotirmayananda. It began as a series of lectures that Swamiji gave over the radio in Puerto Rico in the early to mid 1960’s. Swami Lalitananda says in her introduction, “There is nothing so important in life as the study of mind, and yet there is nothing so neglected in the present structure of education as the knowledge of mind, which is the basis of personality integration and the unfoldment of the latent powers of the Spirit.”
