Sama Digest Plus “Classic Triphala & Guggulu”

Benefits & Indications: Sama Digest Plus is a traditional Ayurvedic formula that contains the well known Triphala that promotes balance of the digestive system (three doshas). Our plus formula contains guggulu, a gum resin that provides increased metabolism or agni and detoxification. It is an ideal blend that promotes loss of toxins (ama) and is especially beneficial during those colder months to prevent excess body weight (fat) and reduction of kapha dosha. Guggulu is a super herb that has been used in Ayurveda for millenia for its many medicinal properties to treat arthritis, cholesterol, detoxification, joint strengthening and overall mobility and elasticity of the joints. It improves circulation and aids in supporting equilibrium (Samana Vayu) and grounding during daily activities. Sama Digest Plus is the strongest form of Triphala Guggulu available on the market today as it contains a 5:1 ratio of organic extracts as opposed to the typical (inorganic) powders found in most formulas. Sama Digest combines well with our special formula Veda Detox for those who are detoxing toxins and want to lose some extra winter weight and with Prana Enhance for yogis to promote clarity, flow and enhanced respiration.

Suggested Use: It is recommended to be taken in the evenings either 45 minutes before or 45 minutes after dinner. However, it can also be taken early in the morning on an empty stomach for cleansing purposes or during periods of detoxing. For general use as a herbal supplement one can take 1-2 veggie capsules daily with meals or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Drink with lukewarm or room temperature water or tea. Individuals can double the dose as per their body requirements. Capsules can also be opened and mixed with warm water and honey.
