Directions for Optimal Wellness

1 teaspoon (about 10-12gms) 1-2x’s per day taken plain or with your favorite warm milk of any type. If you are of a pitta (fire) constitution we recommend reducing the serving to 1 teaspoon, especially in the summer. Children 12 years or younger can have 1/2 teaspoon per day.
